North Bay PonyPals is the premier pony party service for Sonoma and Marin counties. While there are other pony ride businesses in the area to choose from, we are the unequivocal choice as we excel at providing your special occasion with the attention-to-detail and unexpected “extras” that will make your party particularly memorable.

What We Offer!

As is expected with most legal, licensed and insured pony party services, we come prepared to your event with a well-mannered pony (or ponies) and a competent handler available for the entire contracted time of your party. If your party lasts longer than 2½ hours, we will bring additional ponies so that you won’t have to wait (or pay) for a pony that takes a well-earned break.

But because one of our primary goals is to exceed your expectations, we are pleased to provide so much more. In addition to the standard service described above, we offer a variety of party options to accommodate every budget, from providing a few last-minute party needs to a a complete worry-free party package. This top-of-the-line package will turn your event into a virtual “extravaganza”, and includes theme-based invitations & thank you notes, decorations, paper and plastic-ware for party munchies and desserts, tailored gift baskets and a selection of crafts all based on a theme of your choosing. If you don’t see a particular theme you are looking for, please contact us as we often add party themes by request. And when it’s all over, we’ll even clean up and leave the party area as clean and tidy as it was before we arrived – that’s what we call our “full-service” package!!

Other party accommodations include a choice of two different large tents, one of which can be fully enclosed, 6’ tables, adult and child-size chairs, a complimentary birthday gift table, complimentary birthday gift “log” to help when filling out your thank you cards, and on-the-spot professional quality 4”x6” digital photographs (waterproof and guaranteed not to fade over time) that your guests can take home with them when the party ends (a theme-based photo frame craft makes a nice memory-holder to go with the photo).

We will go the extra mile in tailoring our services to your needs: want custom laser-printed invitations on custom cardstock? No problem. Want them addressed, stamped and sent out by a certain date? Can do. Down to the wire last-minute party acceptances? We’re prepared. Someone to take the worry out of creating an “event to remember”? You’ve found the place!!

Parties Without Ponies

North Bay PonyPals also accommodates the older crowd and our friendly staff will happily provide the tents, tables, and chairs without a pony to your party, should ponies not be in the scheme of Grandpa’s retirement B-B-Q or your youngest daughter’s sweet-16 birthday. We deliver the tables and chairs to your door, and we’ll even set up & tear down the tent for you.
